The General Company for Airports Administration and Air Navigation (GCAAN), affiliated with Iraq’s Ministry of Transport, is responsible for the management and operation of civil airports and the provision of safe and efficient air navigation services within Iraqi airspace, in accordance with applicable national regulations and international civil aviation standards.
